Steve Scheinwald has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in California since 1984. He was an award winning producer with Prudential California Realty in Palm Desert, CA. Much of his business was geared towards spot builders of luxury homes in and around the Rancho Mirage area. He helped to procure building lots and consulted with them in the designing of the optimum house for the market. He naturally segued into the sale of new luxury home developments for local builders. That aspect of the business brought him contact with the banking industry. At that point, the recession in the early 1990's led him to his business partnerships with American Savings Bank, Countrywide Home Loans and Washington Mutual in the disposition of their REO's. Within the last fifteen years he has become a recognized leader in the sale of foreclosures in the Coachella Valley. He is renowned for his "user friendly" business practices within the local real estate community, which is one of his proudest accomplishments and a strong ingredient to his success.
